Christmas Tag And Cards!!

Hello friends!!! This is Kanan and I am here with some more Christmas inspiration. This time I have a tag and two cards to share with you.

So let's get started.

First Tag :-

  • Made a tag using a patterned paper which was already having ornament patterned on it. Stamped the Christmas tree from the "Jingle Bells" set.
  • Added the sentiment form the same set.
  • Lastly added some gold stickles
  • Love how the tag turned out, it looks so festive with the ornament pattern and glittery tree.

Second Card :-

  • Used the "Mandala" stencil on a card panel to create a background using Distress inks in the shades of brown.
  • Created the sentiment using the "Painted Alphas" set.
  • I stamped the later from the set individually using light colored ink and then colored each using Polychromos colored pencils.
  • Added them on the background using some dimensions.
  • Added a brown patterned paper and a gold strips on the main card base and added the panel on top of it.
  • Lastly, added some gold Mudra Sequins.
  • I wanted a very different and non traditional feel for my card and that's why chose all bright colors and combination of brown and gold.

Third Card :-

  • I chose a little taller panel then the usual size and masked it and inked it using Distress inks in the shades of pink, lilac and purple added some water drops to it.
  • Stamped the snow flakes from the "Christmas Decor" set using the same colors. and added gesso splatters on it.
  • Stamped the deer using Versa Fine black ink.
  • Added silver stickles and gems and the sentient.
  • Really love the magical colors and the wintry scene with all those lovely gems.

Hope you will like my cards. If you have any questions or suggestions, please leave a comment.

Christmas and Thank You Cards

Hi there - it's Linda with you today and I have a few Christmas cards to share and a Thank You Card as well.
First up the Christmas cards...I created two of each style -

* *Stamp snowflakes from Christmas Decors stamp set in Versamark Ink, all over watercolour card which is cut to the same size as your card front
* Add White Embossing Powder and heat emboss the snowflakes
* Choose your Distress Inks and blend all over the snowflakes which will resist the ink colours
* Use a die to cut this ink blended piece in two
* Add patterned paper to the top of one card base and the bottom of another and add the blended pieces to this - backed with craft foam for dimension
* Add strips of glitter cardstock to each card
* Cut sentiments from a paper pad or stamp sentiment strips and adhere to your cards
* Embellish with Mudra sequins in Gold, Candy Pink and Yellow

* Stamp baubles from Christmas Decors Stamp Set in a range of ink colours, all over piece of card cut to size of card front
* Die cut heart from this stamped piece
* Use these two stamped pieces to make two cards, embellishing with gold glitter cardstock and gold embossed sentiments from the Christmas Decors Stamp Set.

And to finish off a THANK YOU card, playing with the new Botanical Blooms Dies...

* Use a range of coordinating inks to stamp the Botanical Bloom flowers and leaves and die cut all elements ready for your card
* Adhere green patterned paper to card front and watercolour a smaller die cut rectangle with blue Zig Markers
*Adhere flower arrangement to watercoloured piece and adhere this complete panel to card front including a craft foam layer for dimension
* Die cut "Cut 3 Thanks" from grey glitter cardstock and add to card

Twinkling card + Scrapbooking elements

Hello Crafty folks!

I'm Manu here and I have a couple of projects to share which I had been working on recently. This post will mainly focus on the new scrap booking paper that has been launched and the dream big, lil one stamp set, did I tell you that this stamp is one of my favorite and I have been using it out loud in the baby albums that I have done recently?
Along with that I also have a twinkling card made with the same stamp set. I always love incorporating some unique elements which are also interactive in nature into the baby albums that I work on. This card would go onto becoming a part of one such album!

Lets first see the twinkling card!

Here's what it looks like. I have kept the card as simple as it can be to highlight the main point in this card(you will soon get to know that point).

You must be wondering why a lot of holes in the moon on this card, well, lets just call this a moon full of craters. Looks well uptil now ?? Wait, here comes the fun part.
Do you see the star below on the right?? how about if we press it??

Voila.... My moon lights up!!! This sounds something very inetresting, right!!

So that was the reason for the craters on the moon.

This interactive card has a circuit beneath which helps  me light up the moon when I press the star!! So that is the reason why I had poked a few holes (well, these are carters and our moon does have them!) in the moon.

Lets move on to the scrap booking elements in the albums. As you all know that I love making baby albums and I always love to incorporate something new and exciting in the albums. I love the interactive cards and then a thought struck as to why not incorporate those elements in the albums.
I'm sharing a few 3D pop up elements of the baby albums that I have currently worked on.

I'm mainly focusing on the element sheet that is there with the Beary hugs paper pack along with the dream big, lil one stamp set.
So in all this post is mainly about how-to or ways-in-which one can use the element sheets from the beary hugs paper pack to make your projects more attractive

Here are the two pages that I worked on with the stamp set. It's fun colouring up this cute baby image sleeping on the moon.

Now there is another 3D pop up when one opens up this flap(where the baby image is), when one opens up this flap, here's what in store !

Here's a pretty 3D element with a cute bear image from the element sheet.  Here is the complete picture of the page beneath where I have also used the image from the pregnancy stamp set.

Below is another album which I did for a baby boy.

Here's another pop up featuring the cute teddy from the Beary hugs paper pack!!

Below is another page from the same album which has another element from the element sheet of the paper pack! It's so much fun to use these element in n-number of ways!

I did an album cover with this cute little bear sitting on the moon on a baby album's cover page!

Below is the complete picture of this album!!

This album has another pop up with this cute image of the bear popping out of a gift box!!

Wow!! I shared some pages from three of the baby albums I had worked on.
I truly loved this paper pack and all the co-ordinating elements this paper pack has to offer !! I have also worked on an album completely made with this paper pack and you can check out all the details about the album here.

Also the current month challenge is all about christmas and you can find all the deets for the same here.
